Jennifer Druskin

Jennifer Druskin is an experienced HR and talent leader with a deep commitment to educational equity and community impact. She has spent her career helping people and organizations reach their full potential.

She is the founder of NextStage HR, where she advises mission-driven companies on building intentional, values-aligned people practices. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in education, recruiting, and human resources, with a focus on scaling culture and guiding organizational growth.

Jennifer has lived in Moraga for nearly a decade and has two children in the Moraga schools—one at Campo and one at JM—giving her a personal connection to the schools and a strong appreciation for MEF’s impact. She previously supported MEF with staffing guidance and is excited to deepen her involvement as a board director. Her nonprofit experience includes serving on the education advisory committee at Temple Isaiah and volunteering with the Prison to Employment Connection at San Quentin. Jennifer holds degrees in psychology and education and brings a heartfelt commitment to preserving and enhancing educational opportunities for all students.
