Josh Allen

Josh Allen is a member of the 2025-2026 MEF Board of Directors.

Josh is a dad of two in Moraga, an engineering leader in Trust & Safety at Roblox, and a past nonprofit volunteer, steering faith formation on his church’s committee on kids & youth and setting-up technology for his older son’s private school PTO.

Growing up in the midwest, Josh’s enriched public school programs prepared him to attend Williams College in Massachusetts before moving to California in 2000 to work in tech. Through his kids’ experience and that of his wife, a school psychologist, he’s watched Bay Area schools struggle for resources despite abundant wealth, and have seen the difference the MEF’s fundraising has made at Camino Pablo and JM.
