Jessica Kitagawa

Jessica Kitagawa is an experienced customer success and technology leader with a strong passion for education, and helping children reach their full potential. She brings nearly 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry, including leadership roles in customer success, consulting, and strategic account management.

Jessica is the proud parent of two children at Campolindo High School. She is deeply committed to ensuring that her children, and all local students, have access to the resources, programs, and support they need during these critical years of their development.

As an MEF Board Member and Lead Ambassador, Jessica is excited to use her professional experience and passion for education to strengthen connections between MEF, families, and the broader community. She is committed to raising awareness of MEF’s impact, encouraging community participation, and helping preserve and enhance educational opportunities for every student.
