Lauren Mathias

Lauren Mathias is a member of the 2025-2026 MEF Board of Directors.

Lauren works at Callan, LLC, an investment consulting firm, where she leads the Non-U.S. and Global Equity Research team and serves as the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (DEB) Champion. She is also a board member of iDAC, an investment industry organization focused on advancing financial inclusion.

She joined the MEF board to help expand access to enriching educational opportunities for all Moraga students. Lauren is passionate about growing the endowment fund to support equitable programs that inspire learning, creativity, and growth—ensuring these resources continue well beyond her own children’s time in the district. For her, it’s about building a stronger, more inclusive future for the entire community.

Lauren is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.
